4-8 Business days RURAL- May be longer for south Island rural- this includes tracking number

If you don't receive your package within 7-10 business days, please let us know so we can investigate.

All orders will be sent the Monday/Tuesday following your order to ensure quickest delivery and less chance for delay. Excluding public holidays- in the case PH falls on a Monday, your order will be sent Tuesday after.
