Refund Policy seeds and tubers
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you're not satisfied with your seed order, please review our simple refund policy below:

Quantity check: You must contact me if there are any quantity errors that are less than. I hand count every single seed- but sometimes I make mistakes. Please let us know with in 72 hours of your purchase

Quality check: I hand harvest, dechaff and check for damage, firmness, healthy colour and size all my self. Each seed individually.

Germination: Due to variations in growing conditions, we cannot guarantee germination. Refunds are not issued for germination failure unless the seeds are proven to be faulty. Each seed is checked for quality, fimness and plumpness and colour. Hand counted and sealed. Germination tests have also been conducted with many of our dahlias being our own seedling stock.
- Refunds: No refunds will be accepted of change of mind or failure to grow.
- Tubers: We won't send out any tubers without visible eyes, checked with care and processed in sterile environments. Once the tuber is in your hands. All care has been taken to avoid virus and diseases. They show no signs of these in our garden. Our stock is not imported and has been in our micro garden for 3+ seasons and were from NZ growers.
- Mislabel: We hope this doesn't happen, but we're only human. If this happens, please let me know as soon as possible and we can provide it the following season. If the same variety is not available the following year due to us not growing it anymore, a credit for the same value will be given.
